My 24 Day Challenge – Max Phase

When we last talked about my journey with AdvoCare’s 24 Day Challenge, I had just completed the first 10 days known as the “Cleanse Phase.”  I had lost 8.2 lbs in the first 10 days alone and I was told that it would only get easier from there.  Easier is definitely what happened for me.  I began taking the MNS Max 3 pack and Meal Replacement Shakes.  The pills couldn’t have been any easier to take.  The directions for when to take them are printed right on the packaging.  The shakes were absolutely delicious!  I got the vanilla ones, just in case they tasted chalky so that I could mix some fruit in with them to help mask the taste.  That wasn’t necessary at all though!  They tasted like cake batter, which was delightful.  I’ve since had the chocolate shakes and those taste equally as amazing!

After I was finished with the 24 Day Challenge, the totals were in and I had lost 11.8 lbs!  Along with seeing that number continue to drop, I’ve also noticed a HUGE change in the way my clothes fit.  In fact, I had to purchase new jeans because I have lost 4 inches off of my waist alone!

I have continued to practice good eating habits and I’ve also continued taking Catalyst as well as the supplements in the MNS Max E pack.  I’m still doing P90X and riding my bike whenever I get a chance.  My original goal when starting AdvoCare products was to get to 225 lbs.  I have now reached that weight and have set a new goal of 200 lbs for myself.  Hopefully with the help of AdvoCare products and a rigorous exercise routine that will include Insanity, I’ll be able to hit that new goal by the middle of this summer!
